Returns - In Store Purchases
If your purchase items in store at Flutterlily (26a East Parade, Harrogate, North Yorkshire HG1 5LT) but have since changed your mind, please return the items along with your receipt and original payment method to the store within 7 days for a full refund. Please ensure that you do not remove any tags as items cannot be refunded without them.
In addition to our 7 day refund policy, should you wish to return an item after this period, you can do so providing it's within 28 days of purchase. Flutterlily will issue you a credit note which can be used in store. The credit note must be used within 4 months.
Items must be in their original condition when returning them.
Please note that there are some exclusions to the policy:
- Pre-loved items are non-returnable so please ensure you have checked the item and happy with any visible signs of wear
- Personalised orders cannot be returned unless the personalisation is incorrect (in comparison to your instruction – if the mistake has happened due to incorrect information supplied by you a refund will not be granted)
- Earrings or underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
